Not much to add to this:
Sure it’s partly a beat-up – but the hard reality is that in digital advertising there aren’t a lot of people coming in off the street that are happy to do the basic stuff; and the amount of work and number of jobs out there are growing rapidly.
In the next 3-5 years we’ll no doubt see more talented young people enter the industry… between now and then it’s going to be the businesses who are smart that will get great work out the door for their clients.
